Maybe you’re here because you’ve tried counselling, self-help books, meditation and wellness coaching. But there is still a void, you can’t quite explain it, something is just off. This is where hypnotherapy is different it targets is the root cause of the emotion you can’t name, you know, the one that makes you feel like you don’t fit in or you’re not good enough and keeps you stuck in worry, anxiety or self-doubt. The right fit
So, here you are exploring what hypnotherapy is and if it can help you?
Let me tell you how it works…
Firstly unlike “as seen on TV” I cannot, nor would I want to make you a chicken!!
You are always fully aware of what you are doing and saying (you can even choose not to say something)
It’s a safe place, as you would expect from any type of therapy, you are in a confidential space.

What happens in the session?
Now it’s time to relax and either lie down or sit on the recliner chair. Practice breathing. Re-centre your mind and ground your thoughts.
Counting you down into REM, (not a sleep) this activates the subconscious mind to come to the fore, this is where the recordings of what you’ve seen, heard and experienced are stored. Since being in the womb your mind has collected the evidence and fed it back to you.
We talk, I write notes. The detective work begins and your beautiful brain is happy to show you the parts that are feeling ignored or invalidated. We then investigate and rationalise as an adult what you felt and how you developed those sticky beliefs. Reframing unwanted habits and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.

Transformation
Understanding is powerful, to understand in hypnosis is the most powerful way to change those unhelpful limitations and install new, wonderful and true to your core, beliefs and better habits, establishing what you really know about yourself and the person you want to be. You are able to change those beliefs now, in that moment and for the next 21-30 days by listening to your personalised recording every night before sleep. Cementing the change and healing old wounds while you restore during the night.

How long does it take
All of this takes place in just two hours! The effects are the same online or in person, but the choice is yours, if you feel more comfortable in your own surroundings that is just fine.
Why didn’t do this sooner??
