Confidence, Anxiety & Depression

What does low confidence look like for women?

As women, we often carry expectations from family, work, and society. It’s easy to start doubting ourselves, second-guessing decisions, or comparing ourselves to others. Low confidence can creep in quietly and shape how we feel about our worth, our relationships, and our future. you might notice some of these symptoms:

1

Signs or symptoms

  •  Constant self-doubt or negative self-talk

  • Avoidance, putting things off for fear of failure or even success.

  • Overthinking even small decisions

  • Difficulty saying “no” or always people pleasing

  • Comparing yourself to other women and feeling less than

  • Feeling undeserving of success love or happiness

Do any of these feel familiar? If so, you may be experiencing more than low confidence.

  • Rebuild self-trust and self-esteem
