🧠Why do we feel anxious?
Anxiety is a survival response it’s your mind trying to protect you even if that protection no longer makes sense today in childhood the subconscious stories experience and forms beliefs to keep us safe;
“It’s not safe to speak up“

“I must stay in control to avoid pain.”
These beliefs often get locked into place early and we carry them into adulthood without even realising it when life triggers them anxiety appears

The subconscious mind runs 90% of our thoughts, habits and emotional responses. That’s why talk alone often isn’t enough to shift anxiety. You can’t logic your way out of a survival or emotional response.
